We are looking for an all-round multilingual Administrative Assistant to join our firm.

Your tasks:

  • Assisting in the onboarding of new clients and opening of matters.
  • Assisting in the preparation and follow-up of invoicing.
  • Following up on Know Your Client (KYC) identification.
  • Following up on Bar points.
  • Document archiving, keeping the database up to date and printing.
  • General other administrative support (preparing PowerPoint presentations, travel arrangements, tracking timesheets, …).
  • Efficiently managing agendas, including scheduling appointments with clients, colleagues, and recruitment interviews.
  • Serving as a backup to other administrative assistants when required.

Your profile:

  • You have a perfect knowledge of Dutch or French combined with a good command of English and the 2nd Belgian language (Dutch or French).
  • You hold a high school diploma, a bachelor's degree or you can present equivalent work experience.
  • MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) has no secrets for you.
  • You are proactive, customer-focused and service-minded.
  • You have an affinity with financial and billing systems, and you enjoy working with numbers.
  • You are very well structured, you have excellent organization skills and you can set priorities.
  • You are known for your accuracy, precision, and completeness.
  • You enjoy working in a team.
