Junior Management Assistant

Loyens & Loeff is currently looking for a Junior Management Assistant.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Agenda management (appointments with clients, events, seminars, recruitment interviews, etc.)

  • Preparation and follow-up of the invoicing process (production of explanatory documents, writing letters and follow-up on the process)

  • Travel management

  • Opening/closing matters

  • Phone correspondence

  • Document filing (digital and paper)

  • Preparation of PowerPoint presentations

  • Follow-up on timesheets

  • Acting as a back-up for the other assistants

Your profile:

  • You have an excellent written and oral command of Dutch, a very good command of English and a good knowledge of French.

  • You hold at minimum a Bachelor degree (office management,...) or you are able to present equivalent work experience in an administrative role.

  • You have preferably a first experience as a Management Assistant or an Administrative Assistant.

  • Previous experience in a service environment (ideally a law firm) is a plus.

  • You work independent and proactive, you take ownership and initiate action.

  • You are very well structured, you have excellent organization skills and you can set priorities.

  • You work in an accurate manner with an eye for detail.

  • MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) has no secret for you.

  • You are discrete, reliable and flexible.

  • You are customer-focused and service-minded.
