As Management Assistant, you have varied responsibilities :

  • Handling telephone calls
  • Organization of Seminars (ie invitations, practical follow-up, etc.)
  • Making travel arrangements
  • Document filing (digital and paper)
  • Agenda management (appointments with clients, events, seminars, recruitment interviews, etc.)
  • Preparation and follow-up of invoicing (and process)
  • Preparation of PowerPoint presentations
  • Follow-up on timesheets
  • Acting as back-up of the others assistants or of the reception when needed
  • Various: keeping the database up-to-date, printing data rooms, etc.
  • Opening/closing matters

Profile :

  • You have a previous experience as a secretary or assistant and ideally in a law firm (asset)
  • You have very good oral and written skills of Dutch and French and a good command of English
  • MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) has no secret for you
  • You are able to be a Team-player but also to work independently
  • You are discrete, reliable, accurate and with an eye for detail
  • You work proactively with a customer-focus and a service-mind
  • You have good organization skills and can set priorities
  • You are flexible
