Mid-Level Associate – Corporate/M&A (M/F)
What we require:
- You have trained and qualified as a Luxembourg lawyer or are registered on Liste IV of the Luxembourg bar;
- You have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in international law firms;
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken) and can read French (required to analyse case law and doctrine);
- You are a team player, curious, proactive and have good communication skills;
- You have an entrepreneurial and a “can-do” attitude;
- You are organised, flexible and able to manage several projects concurrently;
- You have a strong ability to analyse legal questions and provide concise advice to clients;
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of the firm’s affairs and client information;
- Good knowledge of "MS Office" tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.).
