We are looking to expand our capital markets and public M&A practice and therefore looking for experienced associates with 3-6 years of experience. Experience representing both issuers and underwriters in public and private offerings of debt or equity securities is preferred. A broad-based skill set, including exposure to financial regulatory, corporate governance and listed company representations is a plus. - You have finished a master’s degree in law and have 3 to 6 years of experience within the capital markets practice;
- Or you have general corporate M&A or Finance background and have a more than average knowledge and interest in capital markets transactions, both equity and debt;
- You have a perfect understanding of the English language;
