Project Manager

We are formalising a central Project Management Office to keep an overview of all current and planned projects within Loyens & Loeff. To this end, we are looking for a Project Manager with around 4 years of experience to actively manage projects across the business service departments and to keep an overview of the progress of other priority projects.  This is an exciting role in a new, small team with the potential to make significant changes to how we organise and manage our projects across Loyens & Loeff.

A broad skill set is a must, as is the ability to deal with a large number of stakeholders based across our home markets of the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Project Management of cross-business service department projects.
  • Maintaining an overview of all business service department priority projects/programs and liaising with/coordinating relevant stakeholders including partners and managers.
  • Supporting and working alongside other project managers to harmonise use of project templates and storing all such documentation centrally.
  • Creating and maintaining an intranet page for project management know-how and best practices.
  • Assisting in the set-up and running of this new department to make it a success.

  • Step seven

    The last round of interviews will be held by two members of the Business Services department.
