Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to manage all current and planned projects across the business service departments within Loyens & Loeff. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Project Management Office with the potential to make significant changes in how we organize and manage our projects. Are you interested in actively managing projects and maintaining an overview of these priority projects and programs? And do you have a broad skill set and are you able to deal with many stakeholders based across our home markets? Then this vacancy might be something for you!

Your responsibilities will include:

  • project Management of cross-business service department projects;
  • maintaining an overview of all business service department priority projects/programs and liaising with/coordinating relevant stakeholders including partners and managers;
  • structuring and maintaining overviews of initiatives under strategic firmwide programs;
  • supporting and working alongside other project managers to harmonize use of project templates and storing all such documentation;
  • creating and maintaining an intranet page for project management know-how and best practices.

This vacancy is something for you because you:

  • have around 7 years of relevant project management experience;
  • have strong communication skills, in both English and Dutch;
  • have a proactive and independent working attitude;
  • have strong organization and stakeholder management skills;
  • can switch quickly with different stakeholders and between different activities;
  • are a problem solver and comfortable in an environment with tight deadlines;
  • are ready for a new challenge in your career!
