Marketing & Business Development Officer 80-100% (junior/medior)

For the ongoing expansion of our fast growing Swiss office in Zurich, we are looking for a personality that fits into our open and dynamic culture.

Your role

  • You assist with the production of presentations, pitches, and proposals
  • You drive and support the preparation of ranking submissions in collaboration with partners, associates and assistants
  • You advise on the organization of road shows, meetings and events with clients, referral firms and other offices
  • You contribute to the business development and communications strategy across the various practice groups in the Zurich office
  • You assist with the development of internal and external communications (such as newsletters, podcasts, newsflashes and press releases)
  • You produce, publish, and distribute marketing materials (such as brochures, advert, and goodies)
  • You are responsible for updating our intranet and maintaining our website
  • You actively collaborate with our BDMC colleagues in other offices to share and leverage opportunities and best practices

Your profile

  • You hold a higher education degree, preferably in Marketing, Communication or Business Development (Bachelor/Master; Marketing Manager HF; Marketingfachmann/-frau FA)
  • You have working experience in a similar role, experience in a law firm environment or the legal services industry would be preferred
  • You are an entrepreneurial, creative thinker with high client orientation and excellent communication and project management skills
  • You like to dream big and challenge us
  • You are fluent in German and English, good knowledge of a second Swiss national language is an asset
  • You are able to work in bigger multinational teams
  • You are a generalist, preferably with knowledge of online marketing tools, and a hands-on mentality
