On-Site IT Support Officer – CDI

At Loyens & Loeff, we are looking for a new team member to join our IT department as an On-Site IT Support Officer. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our IT environment by providing first- and second-line support to our internal users and maintaining our IT infrastructure.

Working closely with the ICT team and under the supervision of the IT Director, you will contribute to delivering reliable, efficient, and user-focused IT services across the Luxembourg office.

Main responsibilities of the role include:

  • Provide second-line IT support to internal users, answering queries and resolving incidents efficiently;
  • Install, configure and maintain hardware, software, systems and peripherals;
  • Prepare and configure IT equipment for new joiners (onboarding) and manage user access rights;
  • Monitor and ensure the availability and performance of IT systems and infrastructure;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems when needed;
  • Provide on-site support for meeting rooms and events (AV equipment, connectivity, troubleshooting);
  • Manage IT assets (laptops, mobile devices, accessories) and support related administration;
  • Identify recurring issues, propose improvements, and contribute to enhancing IT services;
  • Maintain documentation such as user guides and procedures.
     

What makes you a great fit:

  • A first experience in IT support or a similar role;
  • Strong customer-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team;
  • Experience with Microsoft environments (including Windows 11, Microsoft Intune and Azure), hardware support, and user management tools;
  • Knowledge of and experience with ITIL practices;
  • Good command of English; French and/or Dutch are considered an asset;
  • Relevant education in IT or equivalent practical experience;
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to continuously learn and improve;
  • Experience in professional services environment is a plus.
