(Junior) HR Officer (Recruitment & Onboarding)

Loyens & Loeff is looking for a dynamic (Junior) HR Officer (Recruitment & Onboarding) to strengthen its HR team.

You will join and complete a 3-member HR team excited to welcome you!

Your tasks:

  • Recruiting interns, students, business support functions, junior and medior lawyers
  • Organizing internal and external recruitment events including jobfairs
  • Organizing onboarding events
  • Onboarding newcomers on their first day
  • Having onboarding follow-up conversations
  • Supporting the on- and offboarding administration
  • Managing social media presence and employer branding together with our Business Development, Marketing & Communication team
  • Maintaining and reviewing sponsor agreements and university connections
  • Supporting Learning & Development initiatives
  • Determining the goodie approach
  • Leading or assisting in ad-hoc soft HR projects

Your profile:

  • As a recruiter you use your language skills (Dutch, French and English) on a daily basis;
  • You hold a relevant Bachelor degree (HR, psychology, communication,..);
  • You have a first experience in recruitment. Previous work experience in a service environment (ideally a law firm) is considered as a plus;
  • Your dynamic, accessible, openminded but critical personality allows you to hire future top talent;
  • Being approachable, social and fluent makes you the perfect match to onboard newcomers in a welcome, sincere and professional way;
  • With your strong communication, verbal and interpersonal skills you can easily adapt and connect with diverse audiences;
  • Your creative, solution-oriented and entrepreneurial mind is put to use when organizing events or lifting social media channels to new heights;
  • Being part of the HR team, you are always discrete, reliable and flexible.
