How can I apply for a job ?

In what language should I write my application ?
We recommend that you write your application in English.

I have submitted my application. What are the next steps ?
Your application will be submitted to our Hiring Committee, which meets every Wednesday. If your application has been selected, you will be contacted by our HR team for a first interview. Please note that you will also be informed if your application has not been selected.

How long does the recruitment process take ?
Our HR team will do its best to respond to you within a maximum of one month. If you still haven’t received an answer from us within this time frame, don’t worry, we’ll get back to you soon!

Do you hire interns and students ?
Yes, of course ! We hire students and interns throughout the year, for short and longer periods.

How long in advance do I need to apply for an internship?
The sooner, the better ! We recommend to apply at least 6 months before the start date of your internship.

My application has not been selected for an interview. Can I apply again ?
Yes, of course ! We would recommend that you to wait a few months before applying again.

I have an interview in your Luxembourg office. How do I get there ?
Please note that all public transports are for free in Luxembourg.
By Bus :
If you come by bus from Thionville, you can take the 300 and stop at the Kirchberg Hospital stop. You will still have 300 metres to walk to the office.
By Car :
The address is: 18-20 Rue Edward Steichen, L-2540 Luxembourg. You can park in our car park, underneath the office, in a visitor’s parking space. You can also park in the Auchan car park, which is located 500 metres from the office (5 Rue Alphonse Weicker, 2721 Luxembourg).
By Train :
If you come by train, you can get off at the Luxembourg stop. Then you will have to walk 1 minute to the bus stop Gare centrale and take line 1 Kirchberg, Luxexpo Entrée Sud and get off at the stop Kirchberg, Alphonse Weicker.
By Tram :
If you come by tram, you can stop at the Kirchberg stop, Alphonse Weicker (opposite Auchan). You will have less than 500 metres to walk to the office.

How can I become a Lawyer in Luxembourg ?
In Luxembourg, the access to the lawyer’s profession requires a professional training period consisting of a period of complementary courses “Cours complémentaires de droit luxembourgeois” (CCDL) followed by a practical training period. They usually start in October and end in April. You can find more information about the CCDL on the website of the Ministry of Justice.
