Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg handles all matters relating to corporate and commercial law, real estate, investment funds, private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, banking and financial law and tax law. The office mainly services large and medium-sized corporate clients, banks and other financial institutions and investment funds, operating internationally.
Our Luxembourg office is led by 24 experienced partners and forms part of the Loyens & Loeff network, which counts more than 940 partners and associates worldwide. Our office in Luxembourg comprises around 130 professionals and has a total headcount of more than 220 employees.

Once a year, we gather in the Netherlands with our colleagues from each of our 11 offices, with some making their way from New York or Singapore, while others make the tremendous journey all the way from Amsterdam Zuid.
During the so-called “Study Day” employees can participate in different activities, workshops, conferences, and so on.
Throughout the year, we organize various events like a ski weekend, a summer barbecue and a yearly Christmas party where every employee is welcome. On top of that, we end every month with the “Pättchen”, Luxembourgish for monthly drinks. Pättchens have a different theme each month and are always a success. This is an amazing way to get to know everyone in the office!
Life in our office
Since we work in such an international environment, we attach great importance to languages. We offer all our employees various language courses throughout the year. The three main languages in Luxembourg are Luxembourgish, German and French. Here in our office, we mainly speak French but the working language with our clients is English.
Other benefits that are included when you work in our Luxembourg office is unlimited and 24hrs use of our fitness room and fresh fruit available twice a week. And since March 2020, all public transport in Luxembourg is free.
