Billing Assistant (M/F) – CDI
Your Profile:
- High school diploma required, college courses in accounting preferred;
- Must be able to follow standard filing procedures;
- Thorough knowledge of applicable accounts payable/general ledger systems and procedures, financial chart of accounts and corporate procedures;
- You are well-organised and work with precision;
- Your work is methodical and you are result-orientated;
- You have good communication and writing skills;
- You speak English and French;
- Good team spirit;
- Knowledge in E-billing (TyMetrix, Legal Tracker, Serengeti, Collaborati).
Your Responsabilities:
- Generating controlling and distributing monthly proforma invoices;
- Review of proforma invoices, reconciliation and implementation of clients instructions;
- Review of draft bills with Billing Partners;
- Editing and sending approved bills;
- Providing analysis for WIP;
- Submitting invoices through e-billing platforms;
