Billing Assistant (M/F) – CDI

Your Profile:

  • High school diploma required, college courses in accounting preferred;
  • Must be able to follow standard filing procedures;
  • Thorough knowledge of applicable accounts payable/general ledger systems and procedures, financial chart of accounts and corporate procedures;
  • You are well-organised and work with precision;
  • Your work is methodical and you are result-orientated;
  • You have good communication and writing skills;
  • You speak English and French;
  • Good team spirit;
  • Knowledge in E-billing (TyMetrix, Legal Tracker, Serengeti, Collaborati).

Your Responsabilities:

  • Generating controlling and distributing monthly proforma invoices;
  • Review of proforma invoices, reconciliation and implementation of clients instructions;
  • Review of draft bills with Billing Partners;
  • Editing and sending approved bills;
  • Providing analysis for WIP;
  • Submitting invoices through e-billing platforms;
