Experienced Lawyer (M/F) – Banking & Finance
The Luxembourg Banking and Finance team is ranked Tier 1 and is part of our worldwide network which covers a variety of expertise including syndicated lending and debt restructuring matters.
Your profile:
- You have several years of experience preferably in international law firms – additional in-house experience also welcome;
- You have trained and qualified as a Luxembourg lawyer or are registered as a foreign lawyer on List IV of the Luxembourg bar;
- You are fluent in written and spoken English. Additional languages such as French and German would be a great advantage;
- You have a strong ability or willingness to manage junior associates and analyse legal questions and provide practical advice to clients;
- You are motivated, flexible, ambitious and autonomous;
- You have excellent communication skills and act as a team player;
- You are organised, flexible and able to manage several projects concurrently; and
- You actively participate to junior associates’ training and can delegate proactively.

- Advising clients on international banking and finance matters;
- Maintaining and growing effective client relationships; and
- help junior associates grow and thrive.
