Paralegal - Corporate - CDI
Your Responsibilities:
You will be a member of our Corporate department and will be responsible for inter alia:
- Drafting standard corporate documentation, including notarial deeds (incorporations, capital increases and decreases, mergers, liquidations), board resolutions;
- Liaising with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register (RCS), notaries, lawyers;
- Maintaining share registers; and
- Preparation of closing bibles.
Your profile:
- Law graduate (minimum Bachelor degree);
- Prior relevant experience as a paralegal;
- Fluent in French and English. Basic knowledge of German and/or Luxembourgish would be an asset;
- Organised, flexible and team-oriented;
- Dynamic, proactive and rigorous;
- Strong writing skills;
- Good knowledge of "MS Office" tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.);
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of the firm’s affairs and client information.
