As an associate in the Corporate M&A practice at Loyens & Loeff’s Zurich office, Nathalie works at the intersection of complex transactions and international collaboration. What immediately stood out to her when joining the firm was the level of autonomy she was given from the outset.
Being part of an international firm is a central element of her daytoday work. Nathalie works closely with colleagues across different home markets, which brings both variety and a broader perspective to transactions.
