Our Rotterdam office is situated in the incredible 11 stories high building ‘Blaak 31’, located right next to the Foodhallen at the Laurenskwartier. Around 354 people work for or from our Rotterdam office, which makes it the second largest Loyens & Loeff office. Let’s enjoy ourselves while doing it, is our office motto.
Hourglass
Hourglass, our new state of the art office in Amsterdam is located at the Amsterdam Zuidas business district. Hourglass opened its doors in September 2020 and is completely eco-friendly, built from materials that were obtained from sustainable sources, with an air conditioning system that is completely self-sufficient and uses fully sustainable methods. The roof is fitted with solar panels. Around 814 people work for or from our Amsterdam office, making it our largest office in all home markets. Hourglass offers a restaurant, a coffee bar with our own barista, pool tables and a bar where we like to start the weekend with Friday-night drinks.
