Every so often, Loyens & Loeff carefully considers its office location strategy. In 2023, we reconfirmed our dedication to our two office locations in the Netherlands: Amsterdam and Rotterdam.

Here, you work hard and feel supported, whether you are working from home or the office: Our offices are modern, comfortable, and have everything you could possibly need to perform and be your best, with spaces to excel, meet, recharge, and refuel.
Blaak 31
Our Rotterdam office is situated in the incredible 11 stories high building ‘Blaak 31’, located right next to the Foodhallen at the Laurenskwartier. Around 350 people work for or from our Rotterdam office, which makes it the second largest Loyens & Loeff office. Let’s enjoy ourselves while doing it, is our office motto.
Hourglass
Hourglass, our new state of the art office in Amsterdam is located at the Amsterdam Zuidas business district. Hourglass opened its doors in September 2020 and is completely eco-friendly, built from materials that were obtained from sustainable sources, with an air conditioning system that is completely self-sufficient and uses fully sustainable methods. The roof is fitted with solar panels. Around 800 people work for or from our Amsterdam office, making it our largest office in all home markets. Hourglass offers a restaurant, a coffee bar with our own barista, pool tables and a bar where we like to start the weekend with Friday-night drinks.
