Practice Management Adviser

We are looking for a Practice Management Adviser to join the Practice Group ITS Americas in Amsterdam.

As a member of our Practice Group, you will become part of a young, dynamic and ambitious team. The team focuses on clients in the US, Canada and Latin America. Your responsibilities:

  • be the Practice Group’s contact person for Marketing and Business Development;

  • coordinate with our Marketing & Communication department to share business news for social media and external communication purposes;

  • account manager for a selection of clients and referral firms;

  • keep oversight of all business development initiatives, including events and sponsorships;

  • coordinate monthly meetings with team members of the Latin America, US and US Multinationals Tax Team;

  • prepare and track clients’ offers and provide all-round business development support in cooperation with our colleagues in the Business Development department;

  • monitor market developments and gather market intelligence;

  • help the team by providing support to organize business trips;

  • identify new business opportunities;

  • assist the team by providing administrative support;

  • create business development materials;

  • coordinate and organize follow up on seminars, webinars, conferences and other meetings;

  • assist with the organization of social events of the team;

  • assist with internal communications;

  • manage contacts and client data bases.

This vacancy is something for you, because you:

  • hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree (orientations such as marketing, law or languages are a plus);

  • have 2-6 years of relevant work experience, preferably within the legal sector;

  • have a very good level of English, you are fluent in Dutch and have at least a passive knowledge of the other language;

  • have a genuine interest in the legal sector;

  • are a strong communicator;

  • are an expert in MS Office;

  • have a commercial and entrepreneurial mindset;

  • have social skills that allow you to easily build a network and to connect and switch smoothly between people on different levels;

  • enjoy working on different tasks/projects simultaneously;

  • work in an autonomous and proactive manner.
