During the third year of my bachelor studies, I took my first steps in the Amsterdam office of Loyens & Loeff. An internship and a few study-years later, I am now a Tax Compliance Adviser and part of the Corporate Tax team, an energetic, intelligent and above all fun group. Not only do I want to get the best out of myself in the office, but also on the sports field. Running, cycling or football are ideal ways to let off steam, renew my energy and of course, keep fit. The dunes and the Haarlemmermeerse forest are relatively close to me – amazingly beautiful places to go for a run or bike ride before or after work.
The balance between sport and work is extremely important to me, and fortunately I am not alone in that. Loyens & Loeff has many different sports teams: (indoor) football, hockey, running clubs and much more. In addition to the sporting element, they are excellent opportunities to get to know your colleagues and other professionals in an informal way and to expand your (internal and external) network – but of course conviviality is paramount!
